ASHA Accompanying Role
- Helps register the pregnant woman with the local Sub-Centre/PHC.
- Assists in obtaining at least 3 Antenatal Care (ANC) check-ups.
- Accompanies the mother to the health center for safe institutional delivery.
- Coordinates post-natal immunizations and newborn care tracking.
Documents Needed for JSY Claim
- Mother's Aadhaar Card (duly linked to bank account)
- JSY Card or Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Card / MCP Card
- BPL Ration Card (required in HPS states, or for home births)
- Caste Certificate (for SC/ST claims in HPS states)
- Birth Certificate (issued by government hospital/local authority)
- Bank Passbook copy (for DBT transaction verification)
