North Eastern Region Scholarship Rules

The Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDoNER), through the North Eastern Council, and the UGC provide dedicated financial packages to increase enrollment rates and support meritorious students across the 8 NE States.

Statutory Scholarship Highlights
