  • The Formula:

Estimated Rank = Position of your score between the nearest historical reference marks

Real-World Calculation Breakdown

If your expected NEET score is 620:

  1. The tool identifies that 620 falls between the reference marks of 650 (approx. 2,000 rank) and 600 (approx. 15,000 rank).
  2. By positioning your score within this range, it estimates an All India Rank of 9,800 to 10,800.
  3. For OBC category (assuming a standard representation ratio), the predicted category rank is estimated between 2,640 and 2,920.
